For all concerned family members who have sat me down and told me I need health coverage... and to those who I have responded "I dont have the money, and my job can't afford to pay for it" I will have you know that I applied for health insurance today. Effective April 1st, I will have health insurance!
It's a pretty basic plan, but allows for catastrophic coverage, and I can get one free dental exam/year, in addition to preventative care for a co-pay of $15. This makes me happy, and I'm sure it makes all of you happy as well.
Now, my free version of health insurance-- tomato soup with salsa. That keeps me healthy!
